mmg tiap2 bulan g check-up kat SJMC (SIME DARBY MEDICAL CENTRE, known as Subang Jaya Medical Centre OR SJMC) *wahhh... punye nak bg details*
time tu T3&T4 reading mmg tinggi... 6 months before mengandung tu mmg aku ade buat RAI (Radioactive Iodine) .. so doctor suh jarakkan at least setahun utk mengandung...
malangnye thyroid reading aku ada balik lepas buat RAI tu... then doctor suh buat next treatment RAI plak... meantimes, still continue monthly check-up...sampai la bulan ke-6, aku jumpe doc tu...
kerisauan sbb dah termengandung .... risau la if ape2 jadi kt baby... radioactive kot!...

woh... panjang gile cerita....

di pendekkan cerita, dari SJMC aku transfer ke Hospital Serdang sbb insurans company aku tak cover maternity bagai ni... still buat monthly check-up and Alhamdulillah semuanya di permudahkan Allah.
Even masa deliver pon pakar endocrine ada skali sbb nk monitor kes thyroid tu....

eh... apsal aku mengarut bab thyroid nih -_-'

ok .. sebenarnyer Ephyra ni bagus gak mengkontrol thyroid aku.. selain dari makan Carbimazole 4 bijik sehari tu...

so.. korang bule tak kaitkan kebaikan Ephyra nih? haaaaa... buat lah kesimpulan korang sendiri... hehehehe....
