Beef tempayyaki

Tak sempat nk snap pics..
lakiku dah curi2 meratah daging yg dah siap.... sementara sayur nak siap...
dia dah mkn almost suku portion....
menjerit2 la si bini suh mkn dgn nasi..... nampak sangat sedap kan???
Hahahaahha....
lantak la aku nk puji masakan sendiri...
harap lakiku puji mmg idokk...
kekwat eh??!

Ok... simple resepi yet delicious katenyer!!

Aku pakai daging batang pinang sbb sgt senang nak empuk.. tu pon daging korban aritu....

Daging:
1/2 kg daging potong nipis..
Marinate dgn kicap cair 3 sudu+black pepper about half hour..
Goreng with minyak+butter (half portion each) xpyh byk2 .... agak2 je... xnk la daging berminyak.. just nk bagi dia moist n tender sajork. ... da empuk with effect hangus2 (motip effect sebegitu) put a side..

Sayuran:
Taugeh
Carrot
Daun kucai
Chopped bawang putih n merah
Lada merah
Cili padi potong half..
Sos tiram 1sudu
Kicap cair 3-5 sudu
Garam
Black pepper

Goreng sayur pon nak kene ajar ke noks??? Mohtip sgt kan.... dah2.. pi goreng sendiri...

Garnish:
1)Slice a clove of garlic nipis2 then taburkan tepung beras then put a side .... goreng garing separately...

2) cili potong buh kicap cair...

3) klu de sawi asin tu... slice n put a side..

Tu je pon.. senang kan?? Instead korg byr +30 hinggit table for 2... cost buat sendiri is cheaper n korg bule alter ikut tekak korg....

Again sorry xde gambar... x sempat nak capai phone laki iols dah x menyempat.... 

K uols. .. mak nak tuntut upah kt laki kittew.. dah kenyang igt ble goyang kaki la?
